The Tagle Return on Investment
Let's consider 2 simple use cases for Tagle; searching and uploading documents in, say, SharePoint.
1) Searching for documents in SharePoint
When accessing SharePoint through a browser, a user typically needs to wait a few seconds for each page to refresh when they click on a folder. If a folder tree is many levels deep, it can take quite a few seconds to reach the bottom level. Do this many times a day and the seconds start to add up to minutes. Combine this with the frustration of waiting and the inevitable loss of the throught train and minutes become hours.
Now let's consider the Tagle way; mouse into search box, type a few key strokes.
2) Uploading documents to SharePoint
Let's consider the case of uploading an email attachment from Outlook to SharePoint. The steps involved are; right click, Save As, Browse to a folder on your hard drive, Save, minimize Outlook, login to SharePoint, navigate to folder, click Upload, Browse to where you saved the attachment, Upload.
Now let's consider the Tagle way; Drag-and-drop.
